Camping

Our family-run site includes 10 pitches for tents or trailer tents. We’re located in the heart of the Cumbrian countryside, close to the Lake District, and linked in to numerous walks and cycle routes. We hope to become your favourite stop off or somewhere you choose to linger for slightly longer.

The camping pitches

The camping field is right next to the farm lane leading up to the clean, spacious and contemporary shower and toilet block. The underfloor heating helps on a cold Cumbrian morning, and there are handy drying facilities for clothing and equipment, as well as a pot wash with hot and cold water, fridge, kettle and microwave for communal use. It’s a quiet, friendly and family-run site with plenty to see and do on-site and locally.

The farm is also home to an award-winning farm shop, where you can stock up or enjoy snacks and meals fit for farmers in the café. We also have a raw milk vending machine, which vends organic milk straight from the farm’s herd and you can watch the cows being milked daily from 3.45pm.
